1. Refund Request Process
Customers may request a refund within [30] days from the original purchase date. Requests must be made through ym@sewcutebabies.com
2. Refund Conditions
The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used or damaged.
Customer must provide original proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, etc.).
3. Evaluation Process
Once the refund request is received, our refund department team will review the request and determine if it meets the established conditions.
4. Processing Time
Processing time for refund requests is approximately 15 business days from receipt of request and verification of eligibility.
5. Refund Form
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
6. Exceptions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any personalized product with a specific name, color or design cannot be changed.
